"Cecil Bell loves the community of Magnolia and has demonstrated that love over the years by his involvement and support, both personal and financial, in the community and of its wide ranging activities.  We, as a school district, have benefitted from Cecil's support.  He is not only involved in his own children's activities, but has shown an interest in children in a collective sense.  He is a founding member of the Magnolia Education Foundation, and has been involved in a number of community committees, most notably our bond committees. He is a wonderful, Christian man, with high moral character and integrity, and deep commitment to his family.  I am happy to endorse Cecil, along with incumbents Frank Winford and Bobby Montgomery, for the Magnolia ISD Board of Trustees."
--Vicky Rudy,Past President, Past MISD Board of Trustees

"I have known Cecil for years and he is an outstanding leader, and role model in this community. He is always there and goes beyond the call of duty when asked. Cecil is a very active member on the Board of Directors of the Magnolia Education Foundation and volunteers a lot of his time supporting the children of our community. I strongly support Cecil for the position on the MISD School Board. Good Luck, Cecil!"

"I highly recommend that you vote for Cecil Bell Jr.  My name is Kim Huff and I am a teacher in MISD.  I have known the Bell family for 4 years and can recommend him without hesitation because of his character, concern for the children in our school district and the support that he has given teachers and staff.

Cecil Bell is a man of great integrity.  He is honest, loyal, morally grounded, and kind.  He has helped so many people in this community in so many ways, just like he helped me when my husband passed away.  Cecil helped to organize a group of MHS football players who built a security fence around my house so that I could feel safe.  His concern for others is evident to all who know him.

He and his wife Joann have two boys that attend MISD schools.  They have both actively participated in PTO, fundraisers, and other events that benefit the children in our schools.  They have always put forth more than their fair share of work and effort to make our schools better.  They actively participate in any way that they can.  They genuinely care for each child in our district.

Both Cecil and Joann are very supportive of our teachers and our staff.  Having taught their oldest son, I can tell you that I was very pleased to have their support, even when things weren't perfect!  They have realistic goals, make good decisions, and use good judgement.  I know that he understands the school system and how it operates.  I trust him to make decisions that will be positive for our schools, teachers, staff, and most importantly, our children.  He's a good man who will listen to the facts before coming to a conclusion.

I could write so much more about Cecil Bell Jr. but it would be so long that no one would read it!  Just know he's a man of great character, concern for our children, and he supports our teachers and staff!"

"I have served on the Magnolia Education Foundation Board of Directors with Cecil Bell Jr. and can honestly say that he is a go getter. Cecil's heart is in this community helping in any way that he can. Not only is he concerned about the education of his own children, but is of every child in this community. My wife and I strongly support Cecil for the position on the Magnolia School Board."

"I would just like to say that I want to commend Cecil Bell for his involvement in the community. He takes a lot of time to support the children in our community and volunteers for various things. I think he will make an excellent school board member - he truly cares about our children and education.
Thanks for all you do Cecil.

"Very seldom do we meet someone like Cecil Bell Jr. who gives so generously of his time to support our children and community.  Our school board can only benefit from your integrity and leadership."
--Melissa Goetz

"Cecil is a great friend, role model, and leader.  I can't think of better qualities in a school board member.  Above all, he has the best interest of each and every one of our children at heart.  I would trust him with my own children outside of a school environment, and I would certainly trust him to look out for their well-being in an educational setting."
--Lindy Ingram

"Cecil Bell Jr. is a real asset to the community.  He would be a wonderful addition to the MISD School Board.  I have seen evidence of his interaction in the community and the schools.  He is a brilliant businessman and community member and has just what we need to represent us on the school board.  I encourage everyone to cast their vote for Cecil Bell Jr!
